I’ve worked in every phase of the building process—design, excavation, concrete, rough framing, drywall, painting, finished carpentry, masonry, and roofing, just to name a few. Doing this work early in my career gave me the knowledge to truly understand my team's needs while ensuring they have the information, organization, scheduling, and tools they need to succeed.
